I had an incredible experience with the backup family team. Recently I put my House for sale. Veronica and her team did such an amazing service, deep cleaning of the house, they went above and beyond. they are systematic, efficient and thorough. Staff was well mannered, friendly and polite. I will highly recommend the backup family LLC. They are the best!!

Veronica and the rest of the backup team have provided me stellar support and cleaning services for several years. They are meticulous, dependable, and trustworthy and my home looks show-ready after every visit. When my mother visits she can’t find one thing about my house to complain about!

We moved to Corvallis in 2015 – Veronica and her team were recommended to us by colleagues. In short, they basically spoiled us for other cleaners with the quality of work that they do. Veronica and team are excellent communicators, thorough, very flexible to cycling around our home and cleaning out different areas (e.g. refrigerator, closets). We moved outside of Eugene in 2018 and tried different cleaning services (5 to be exact) and nobody could compare with the quality of Veronica and team’s cleanings nor their price for the quality of work. The Backup Family is a gem in the Midvalley. We ended up contacting them to try to get biweekly cleanings or anyway they would make it work because we were so unfulfilled by Eugene cleaning services, and they were gracious enough to work us into their schedule despite a 40 minute drive for them.

Our relationship with the Backup Family has been going on for several months. They have performed many tasks for us, including landscaping, household tasks & cleaning, etc. Their work has been excellent and their work attitude has been very pleasant. We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

They were very thorough, explained what they were going to do, and even did more than what they were initially going to do- taking their time to really DEEP clean! They replaced lights that broke (through no fault of their own), and made wonderful recommendations to protect our wood floors and our house for the future. I cannot say enough good things about Eric and Veronica! It was wonderful coming home to a beautiful, clean house that I felt proud to say «yes, this is my home, isn’t it beautiful!» (You can’t even tell we have 2 dogs!!) I’m excited to have them continue to clean my home and continue to work with them! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them to anyone!

The Backup Family did such an excellent cleaning job on my house I received a full price offer in 2 days. Eric helped with removal of unwanted items, helped pack our uhaul, and went over and above what I expected. He also restored a built-in bathroom cabinet which I thought I would have to pay extra money to a painter to re-stain. Veronica is very quiet but extremely knowledgeable about how to clean various items such as glass stove cook tops. The Family also cleaned my windows so we’ll that I put my hand almost through one because I thought it was open. They use environmentally sustainable products if you ask. They even do landscaping tasks. Overall it was an easy, worthwhile experience. I hire them again in a heartbeat. PLD

Eric washed my windows and repainted my 7-yard statues. He did an excellent job on both jobs. I have had the statues repainted before, but Eric went the extra mile and removed all the old paint and gave them a primer before painting. They should last a long time. The Windows are cleaner than anyone has done them ever before. I am very pleased with his work.

Quick to get back to me, responsive to my time line, very clean when finished. I give them a 10.

Eric and Veronica are beyond excellent in the services they provide. They’re not only hard, talented workers, they’re just plain good people. Of the many service providers we’ve had in our lifetimes they are right at the top of the list. We can’t imagine better service and their prices are fair also. They’re very flexible, so if we need them to do something extra on a visit, they’re perfectly happy to accommodate us. Their services go beyond cleaning–they’re excellent «handy-people» also.

What’s more, they’re not just hard workers. They’re smart workers. They know their cleaning products, but beyond that, with experience in making homes «sales-ready», the also know all the tricks of the trade in terms of products, for example, that remove scratches from wood surfaces, etc.

They’re also very intelligent, which, when combined with their other talents and skills lead me to believe they could go far beyond where they are now. Eric and Veronica and their crew have been cleaning our house for years now; no small feat given three cats and our tendency to clutter. They always do a fantastic job.
